Our beautiful party venue and restaurant, Restaurant Spira, is housed in an old beautiful stone barn dating back to the 17th century in Österlen in Skåne. The building has one meter thick stone walls with whitewashed interior walls, rough beamed ceilings and a beautiful brick floor, creating a fantastic rustic and cozy atmosphere for parties and weddings.
The restaurant is not open to the public but can only be booked for pre-booked groups of over 20 people. Here you can enjoy fantastically good food created from locally produced ingredients, beer from Stockeboda's own farm brewery and other beverages from local beverage producers.
From land to table - raw vegetables from own garden and own farm brewery
We have a large garden of our own where we grow a lot of our ingredients for our delicious meals. We also collaborate with other local producers in nearby areas to promote local produce to our Restaurant Spira. We are a close-knit group who love working together and the kitchen team is creative and lovingly creates all meals with the best ingredients. For each menu, Frida, Johan and Anna carefully develop our menu suggestions based on the selection of vegetables and herbs that we have ready to harvest in the garden area on the farm.
Next door, we pick up lovely lamb and venison, among other things. For us, taste, texture and arrangement are just as important as origin, environmental labeling and the choice of sustainable products. The food is complemented by a drinks list with drinks from several local and international beverage producers and where the beer comes from Stockeboda's own farm brewery.
Our restaurant kitchen is also looking at the possibility of being able to offer our summer cottage guests to be able to buy a certain part of our surplus from our home-grown products.

With us, you can book our party venue at Österlen in Skåne for grand dinners, celebrating 50th birthdays, diamond weddings and other fun events to be celebrated in style. With us, you can invite to a party and be in safe hands and leave all the fixing of the party arrangement to us. We arrange the food and decorate according to your wishes! There is also the option of staying the night in our cottage village that you book at the same time as the party room.
